Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one support and small group interventions to help students with their learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to meet individual student needs.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A caring and compassionate approach towards students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
