The School and Role

Early Years Level 3 Teaching Assistant required at a mainstream school to support a child who has delayed language skills, some two -three word phrases used. You will be able to engage them using short sentences, pictures and non-verbal actions such as pointing, actions and equipment.

Do you have knowledge of the National curriculum and able to break this down for a Year 2 child, whilst providing an enriching environment for all children in the classroom.

Do you possess Level 3 qualification or recent experience working in a education setting?

  • Excellent communication skills, and ability to form relationships with children.
  • Supply creative and high-quality resources to accelerate and inspire pupils to work to the best of their ability.
  • Ability to grasp the areas of the National Curriculum.
  • Transfer and share your own knowledge, expertise and guide others with your professionalism.
  • Develop materials that will cater to the individual needs of children whilst aiming high for all children.
  • Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
