Key Responsibilities:
Support the teacher in delivering lessons to Year 1 pupils.
Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to children who require additional assistance.
Help with the preparation and delivery of learning materials and activities.
Monitor and track childrens progress and assist in assessments.
Build strong relationships with pupils, supporting their social and emotional development.
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience working with children or in a primary school setting.
A passion for supporting young learners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A positive, proactive approach to supporting childrens learning.
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
