A respected education provider in Wigan is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join its dynamic HR team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys providing HR solutions, thrives on variety, and is passionate about improving employee experience and well-being.

?? As HR Advisor, you will:

  • Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers on policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Support employee relations casework including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards
  • Lead HR projects aligned with wider people strategies
  • Deliver training sessions on HR policies and legal updates
  • Offer expert guidance on employment terms, maternity/paternity leave, and flexible working
  • Oversee occupational health and employee well-being initiatives
  • Prepare insightful HR data reports to inform senior management decisions
  • Act as deputy to the Head of HR when required

  • CIPD qualified (or working towards) with strong generalist HR experience
  • Confident and clear communicator with excellent written skills
