We are currently working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation in West Lancashire, who are looking to appoint a HR Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This will be a full-time position, paying £30,000 - £35,000 depending on candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Duties will include but are not limited to):

  • Providing first line assistance on HR policies and procedures
  • Supporting with management on low-level ER cases such as absences and grievances
  • Collating site HR data and producing reports for senior leadership team
  • Enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through the implementation and monitoring of various initiatives and surveys
  • Supporting with the training and induction of new employees as well as training current employees on new procedures
  • Assisting with the Health & Safety training of current and existing staff
  • Leading on compliance of personnel files, ensuring audits are passed
