Are you a HR Officer / Advisor or similar from a Manufacturing background looking for a varied and hands on role where you will be the go-to HR person within a multi-million £ leading manufacturer who pride themselves on development of staff in a role offering ongoing progression and a bonus to increase your earnings?
This leading company produce roofing and similar products for a broad range of projects, primarily in residential and industrial settings. They have seen continual growth since their establishment over 30 years ago to the point they now have 90 staff members, and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their friendly team.
This varied role will see you operating as the go-to HR person in the business as you provide support and generalist advice for employees and managers, carry out reports and associated administration responsibilities and assist in the recruitment process. You will work closely with the senior leadership team and different departments as you work Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30.
