We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to provide expert technical support and leadership in all network-related aspects across our business. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contributing to the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust, secure, and efficient network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical support and knowledge in all network-related aspects across the business, including Mako and other network technologies.
  • Project Delivery: Assist in the delivery of network-related elements of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and deploy network solutions, troubleshoot issues, and offer expert consultation on B2B network links.
  • Network Implementation: Leverage deep expertise in IP networks, routing protocols, and hands-on implementations to enhance the infrastructure.
  • Meraki Technology & SD-WAN: Focus on supporting and optimizing Meraki technology and SD-WAN solutions for the business.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Consult with third-party partners to ensure prompt, cost-effective delivery of networking services and solutions.
  • Security & Continuity: Work with colleagues to ensure network security, continuity, and resilience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate network diagrams and update the knowledge base to reflect all changes.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Certifications: CCNA & CCNP certification (required)
  • Experience: Extensive experience with Meraki networks and hands-on implementation on SDWAN

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IP networks, routing protocols, and IP schemes within complex environments.
  • Expertise in IPSec and multi-site VPN configuration/setup.
  • Wi-Fi deployment and troubleshooting proficiency.
  • Familiarity with WAN/LAN environments and network design principles.
  • Practical experience with firewalls and network security.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft tools for reporting, analysis, and documentation.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Mako networks or other comparable technologies.
  • Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance.
  • Exposure to Project Management practices.

Attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and logical problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time efficiently.
