Junior IT Technician Location: WiganSalary: £23,000 - £26,000

My client is looking to recruit a self-motivated Junior IT Technician whose main responsibility will be to deliver excellent IT administration support.

Key Responsibilities:

* 1st line support* Helpdesk Support (Printers, Laptops, Desktops)* Create user accounts, manage permissions and passwords.* Provide telephone and e-mail support to users.* Referring any complex IT issues to the IT Manager.

Requirements:

* Basic Cloud Knowledge (Azure, Intune, Exchange)* Hardware support (Printers, Laptops, Desktops)* M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Windows)
