A well-regarded law firm in Wigan is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in property litigation to handle a variety of challenging and engaging cases in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Manage your own caseload of property and land-related litigation work.
路 Handle a broad range of disputes, including:
o Trespass
o Nuisance
o Boundary disputes
o Adverse possession
o Landlord and tenant cases
路 Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, and provide expert advice to clients.
路 Attend court and tribunals to represent clients where necessary.
路 Liaise with clients, opposing solicitors, and third-party professionals to ensure efficient case progression.
路 Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and case law.
路 Ensure cases comply with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and meet all court deadlines.
Requirements:
路 A qualified solicitor with c. 3-5 years' PQE in property litigation.
路 Experience in handling a wide range of land and property disputes.
路 Strong knowledge of property law and civil litigation procedures.
路 Excellent communication and client care skills.
路 Ability to manage your own caseload independently with minimal supervision.
