As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate with the QA & PI Manager to set clear goals aligned with global and regional strategies.
• Identify and resolve process challenges to enhance product yield, quality, and financial performance.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes and manufacturing methods using robust project management skills.
• Lead capital projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Work cross-functionally to meet project and operational KPIs.
• Contribute to new product development and re-engineering for smooth implementation.
• Drive safety best practices across all operations.
