Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery within our facility. The role will also involve Installation of Process pipework, pumps, valves etc. Tig Welding on Stainless Steel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify and address potential issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures and breakdowns, implementing timely and effective solutions.
  • Repair or replace defective mechanical components as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems and equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating machinery.
  • Installation of Pipework, Pumps, Valves
  • Stainless Steel Tig Welding
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
