Location: Wigan Head Office + regular travel to central Manchester construction sites

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Schedule: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 8:00 - 15:30 on Friday

Group Marketing Advisor - Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing professional to support our company and subsidiaries in developing and executing Marketing plans that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment within the construction sector.

Group Marketing Advisor - Key Responsibilities:

- Be pivotal in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels

- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences

- Support the development of existing and new marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and presentations

- Manage and update the company's social media platforms and website content

- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future strategies

- Provide support to all group companies

- Visit our different sites to collect content and immerse yourself in the construction taking place.

Group Marketing Advisor - You:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

- 2 - 5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in the Construction sector

- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices

- IT skills including Microsoft 365; SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, Canva)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

- Full UK driving license as role will involve travel

- Drone licence is desirable
