Description

Oversee and manage the operations and maintenance of industrial machinery
Conduct routine inspections and safety audits for all equipment
Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure machinery efficiency
Collaborate with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to solve technical issues
Adhere to industry standards and company policies while performing tasks
Facilitate employee training on the safe use of machinery
Provide technical advice and support to the team when required
Report to the management regularly about machinery status and issues

Profile

A successful 'Focus Engineer' should have:

HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry
Comprehensive understanding of machinery operations and maintenance
Proficiency in using industry-specific tools and software
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure
