About the Role: Working directly with the Senior Management team, you'll be responsible for streamlining office operations while coordinating activities across multiple departments. This hands-on role requires exceptional organisational and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring customer accounts and relationships
- Coordinating workflow and priorities for the office team
- Creating and analysing performance reports
- Setting and tracking team KPIs
- Managing customer quotations and order processing
- Overseeing CRM system maintenance and data accuracy
- Developing and implementing process improvements
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Coordinating with production teams to ensure delivery schedules
- Managing team resource planning and workload distribution
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within manufacturing/engineering
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Excellence in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with CRM systems
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities
