Our client, a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Wigan, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving business growth and operational excellence.

About the Role: Working directly with the Senior Management team, you'll be responsible for streamlining office operations while coordinating activities across multiple departments. This hands-on role requires exceptional organisational and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and monitoring customer accounts and relationships
  • Coordinating workflow and priorities for the office team
  • Creating and analysing performance reports
  • Setting and tracking team KPIs
  • Managing customer quotations and order processing
  • Overseeing CRM system maintenance and data accuracy
