They are looking to expand the team, introducing an Office Manager to the team.Your new roleGeneral Administrator duties will include taking phone calls, responding to emails, and dealing with general queries, document uploading, processes and procedures, ensuring all information is correct and working alongside other team members to ensure all administration work is completed efficiently.
- The working days are Monday to Friday, flexible working hours 8am - 6pm.
- As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
- What you'll need to succeed
- In order to be successful in securing this position, you will need to be immediately available and have basic administration skills, an excellent telephone way and a desire to help others.
- All data received must be calculated correctly and uploaded to Excel. Therefore, attention to detail is vital, along with a strong understanding and professional outlook with a good track record of working independently, tactfully and overcoming objections, along with a basic knowledge of IT systems.
- The ability to multi task and prioritise effectively.
What you'll get in returnIn return for this, you will be offered a salary between £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.Alongside this, you will be offered a range of benefits including:
