KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Bandsaw Operative for our client based in Wigan.
As a Bandsaw Operative you will be working Monday- Friday, working the hours 06:00- 16:00 Monday- Thursday and 06:00- 15:45 on Friday.
The rate of pay as a Bandsaw Operative:
- £12.06 p/h
Duties and responsibilities as a Bandsaw Operative are:
- Set up and operate saw equipment to cut materials
- Working with all shapes and sizes of steel
- Quality checks
- Producing bespoke steel products on made to order requests from customers
- General manufacturing/production duties
The ideal candidate for a Bandsaw Operative would need:
- Tube laser cutting experience
- Previous experience as a bandsaw or crane operator or FLT driver admirable
- Ability to do heavy lifting
