HR Administration Package:
  • 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all client administration is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You'll also support the Director and the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Duties Include:
  • Adding clients and data to Dynamics CRM
  • Populating contracts of employment
  • Tailoring employee handbooks
  • Managing new client administration processes
  • Drafting and issuing letters to clients
  • Note-taking during meetings
  • Overseeing the annual client survey
  • Managing client renewal processes
  • Answering telephone queries
  • Coordinating training events and issuing certificates of attendance
  • Administering the E-Learning platform
  • Setting up new client folders

Experience They're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience in drafting and proofreading letters
  • Proficiency with HR information systems for data management
  • Excellent verbal communication skills for diverse client interactions
  • Strong written communication skills for clear correspondence and reports
  • Ability to research, analyze, and reason effectively under pressure
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Proficiency in MS 365 applications
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Valid UK driver's license
