Pay Rates & Premiums:
Base pay: £12.44 per hour (from 18:00-00:00 £14.31/h)
Shift premiums:
Overtime: Time £18.66/h over 40 hours
Bank holidays: £24.88/h
Shift Patterns:
Rotating shifts: Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm/ Sunday - Thursday 6am-2pm
What’s Provided:
Full PPE provided: safety boots, Kevlar gloves, and zip-up high-vis vests
Training includes classroom learning, picking training, and equipment use, with sign-off after one week
