About the Role: Randstad is seeking a qualified PPA Cover Teacher to work in a primary school in Abram, Wigan. This position requires an adaptable and motivated educator to cover various classes while the regular class teachers utilise their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time. Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different year groups.

  • Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles.

  • Follow lesson plans provided by class teachers and ensure continuity of learning.

  • Build strong relationships with staff and students.

  • Provide feedback to class teachers after cover lessons.

Essential Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience teaching across different primary year groups.

  • Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.

  • Excellent classroom management and adaptability.
