Description
As a Payroll Officer you will be responsible for:
- Oversee and manage payroll processes and employee data in the system.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Liaise with employees and managers to resolve payroll queries.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
- Work closely with the Accounting & Finance department.
- Prepare reports for senior management, when required.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- A solid understanding of payroll systems and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong numeracy and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Job Offer
