Supply teaching can offer you the potential to secure long-term and permanent roles or provide you with flexibility to work days that suit you.Your new roleIn this job role, your main responsibilities will include carrying out lessons for absent teachers and this will involve using the lesson plans they have left for the class and ensuring pupils remain fully engaged with the learning. By being in this role, you should be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the pupils. You will have the opportunity to work in a role that is flexible around your needs and teaching style. Working for Hays Education will enable you to work on a full-time or part-time basis to suit your commitments.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, hold qualified teacher status (QTS) gained in the UK. You should be enthusiastic, approachable and be able to hit the ground running.
