Your new companyHays Education has been approached by one of our partnership primary schools in the Wigan area who are currently recruiting for a Reception Teacher. The school is looking for someone to start in May and continue until the end of the summer term and this will be full-time. This is a fantastic school with a great reputation in the area and the school are looking to appoint a friendly and hard-working EYFS teacher to join their strong and supportive staff network. Your new roleThis job role has a start in May through until the end of the academic year, so the school are looking for someone who can commit fully to the role. You will be taking on full teaching responsibilities, which will include planning and delivering lessons. You will need to make these fun and engaging lessons and ensure it suits the needs of the pupils. Class sizes are reasonable, and you should have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour.What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful in securing this position, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status. Experience in teaching EYFS/KS1, specifically reception, is preferred, but the school is open to KS1/2 experience.
