- Oversee the supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
- Identify and manage potential risks within the supply chain.
- Continuously assess market trends and adjust procurement strategies accordingly.
- Lead and manage a team within the Procurement & Supply Chain department.
- Work in alignment with the company's ethical and sustainability policies.

Profile
A successful Senior Buyer should have:
- A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in a senior procurement role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
- Proven ability in supplier management and negotiation.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Job Offer
