The Role:As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial and contractual side of our projects. This includes:
- Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts
- Monitoring project costs, budgets, and valuations
- Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure cost control
- Producing accurate reports and ensuring projects are delivered within budget
- Handling contract administration and variation orders
- Managing supplier relationships and procurement processes
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the fit-out sector
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office
- Relevant degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Competitive salary between £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience
