What You’ll Be DoingAs our Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the commercial heart of our rail and infrastructure projects, from pre-implementation through to delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

Managing NEC contracts (including Z clauses and various versions)
Supporting the commercial administration of projects including platform works, depot maintenance, wall and embankment repairs, and culvert works
Working closely with our project management teams to ensure strong commercial processes
Accurate measurement of works, change capture, and management of sub-contractor accounts
Collaborating with procurement teams and supporting fellow QS team members
Attending project meetings and being the calm, capable commercial presence on-site
