We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis based in our Wigan office (WN3 6XU). This is a fantastic opportunity to join our highly successful Business Support division and be an integral part in the growth and success of the team.

What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant:
- Business Development working on an established desk/area
- Networking
- Update and manage the candidate database
- Reviewing candidate job applications
- Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
- Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards
- Administration of CRM system
- General administration and compliance support

About You
- We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is a team player and is results motivated
- You will have a minimum of at least 1 years’ experience working at a similar level and ideally a similar industry. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a team with a long track record of success.
- Be able to bring new business in as well as manage existing relationships and fill vacancies. Keenness and a hunger for success is key
- Full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits is essential.
