What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant…….

The Role

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis recruiting in the Lancashire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful team and be an integral part in the growth and success of the division.

You will be working on an established desk/area and will responsible for the following:

  • Business Development

  • Networking

  • Update and manage the candidate database

  • Reviewing candidate job applications

  • Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements?using various job boards and LinkedIn

  • Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards

  • Administration of CRM system

  • General administration and compliance support

About You

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with, ideally, at least 1 years experience working at a similar level.
