Transport Load Subcontractor

Swift Specialist Recruitment Ltd are seeking a Transport Load Subcontractor for one of our most prestigious clients, who are a logistics company based in St Helens.

This position requires an individual with strong customer service/inter personnel liaison skills, who can maintain relationships between clients & has a strong work/team ethic.

This position also comes with uncapped profit bonus as additional to basic salary

Main Duties

1. Subcontracting work out for allocated profit margin
2. Building relationships with hauliers & subcontractors over the phone
3. Actively working on reloads over the phone, whilst using assigned platforms
4. Quoting on live work upon receipt and speaking with customers ref new sales leads
5. Leasing direct with Transport team for Hotshots/Reloads

Candidate needs the following:

Transport experience/ working within in a busy office environment

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate

Able to work to deadlines

Good task manager

Reliable & prompt

Organised

Shift - 09:00 - 18:00
