Are you a mechanic with experience in plant, car, or HGV repair, looking for a stable role with a market-leading company that offers training, a company van, overtime, and potential future advancement opportunities?
This company, established in 1995 has grown significantly and is now a leading independent specialist in the sale, hire, and maintenance of both new and used forklift trucks.
In this varied role, you will receive comprehensive training while working both in the workshop and in the field, carrying out reactive and planned maintenance on forklifts, for a range of clients within a local within Huddersfield, with company van and tools provided.
This role would be ideal for someone who has recently completed their NVQ or equivalent and is now seeking a long-term, day-shift position with a well-established company that offers a Christmas bonus to enhance your salary package.
The Role:
- Servicing and maintenance on forklifts
- Diagnosing issues and making the repair
- Report to the workshop manager
- Covering a local patch in Huddersfield
- Monday to Friday (8:00 - 4:30pm)
The Person:
- NVQ Level in any Mechanical engineering discipline or similar
- Mechanic (ideally with a background in repairing Plant, Cars or HGVs)
