Our client is a leading supplier of manufactured products to special industries within both the Uk and throughout the world. This family orientated organisation have becoem the UKs leadind supplier of its exciting products and due to expansion are now seeking someone who puts its customers as high priority.

You will be working in the office from 830-5pm Monday to Friday, as part of your role you will also be expected to visit trade shows in the UK and abroad with the organisation and therefore a car and licence is essential.

As part of your role you will be estaqblishing excellent relationships with clients, order processing and getting out and about to ensure that the customers are satisfied with the services offered.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Relations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing information about products or services, and resolving any emerging problems that our customers might face.

Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyse customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette at all times

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyse customer needs effectively
