Full-Time English Teacher - WiganDaily Rate: £150-£220, dependent on experience
Position Details:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Teacher to join a secondary school in Wigan, starting in January 2025. This full-time role is contracted until at least July 2025, with a strong likelihood of continuation in September 2025 after the summer break. The successful English Teacher will teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and effective lessons aligned with the national curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons as an English Teacher for KS3 and KS4.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support development.
- Contribute to the wider school community, including participation in extracurricular activities and house competitions.
- Uphold the school's ethos of respect, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working as an English Teacher at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one.
