Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Plan and assess students' progress, ensuring all students are supported in achieving their full potential.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic success.
- Actively participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
