Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and dynamic lessons that inspire and challenge students
  • Plan and assess students' progress, ensuring all students are supported in achieving their full potential.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages learning.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being and academic success.
  • Actively participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • The ability to inspire and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
