Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to clients with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities
- Work flexibly on a rota including some weekends and evenings
- Work alongside our clients assisting with budgeting monies and assist with household bills
- Administration of prescribed Medication
- In some cases,assist withmeal preparation
- Assist with all daily living tasks
- Access activities within the Local Community
- Provide a Person Centred approach following detailed Care Plans
- Previous experience in a similar roleis preferred but not essential
