An independent and successful Surveying Practice in Wigan is seeking a Residential Surveyor to join their team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience and be capable of conducting valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
The position offers a competitive salary with on-target earnings ranging from £50,000 to £70,000, along with 25+ days of annual leave, an annual bonus, and a vehicle allowance.

The role requires strong communication skills, a UK driving license, and experience using iPad technology and apps.

We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Wigan area on a full-time basis.

They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time
Flexible and home-based working

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

On Target earnings of £50,000 - £70,000

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS Registered
Highly driven and organised
Experience in using iPad and Apps
UK driving license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
