Role Overview
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with experience in car and light commercial body repair and paintwork. This role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform fit and strip tasks.
- Complete panel replacements and fabrication work.
- Carry out dent repairs to a high standard.
- Prepare and mask surfaces quickly and efficiently.
- Perform paint spraying using both water-based and solvent-based paints.
- Deliver flatting and polishing work to an exceptional standard.
- Identify the best repair methods for various tasks.
- Manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in paint spraying and panel beating.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience in car and light commercial body repair.
- A strong work ethic and ability to deliver results without reworking.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.

- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum.
