Are you a Vehicle Technician from a HGV or LGV background looking for a stable, workshop based role with an MOT pass bonus and an unlimited amount of optional overtime to increase earnings?

Do you want a days only role and great work-life balance?

On offer is the opportunity to work within a logistics company maintaining their fleet of mostly Class 1 vehicles. They also have some external clients through their brilliant reputation for excellent repair and MOT pass rates.

This days-based role will see you working from a workshop in Chorley, alongside a team of 9 other technicians. You'll be conducting routine planned maintenance, inspections and breakdowns that can include full engine rebuilds. Training on a Class 1 Licence and LOLER certification will be provided. The company work a 9-day fortnight, giving you an extra day off every 2 weeks.

Week 1: Tuesday - Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 7am-11am (1.5x)Week 2: Monday - Thursday 7am-6pm

This role would suit a Vehicle Technician from a HGV or LGV background looking for a days-based role within a well established company who pride themselves on excellent retention, bonus incentives and generous amounts of optional overtime to boost earnings.

The Role:

  • Servicing, Maintaining and Repairing HGV's
  • Unlimited overtime available paid at 1.5x
  • Fortnightly Shift pattern, 4.5 days week one, 4 days week two
  • Working two Saturday mornings per month
