This is a full-time, long-term role offering a competitive daily rate of 130-200, depending on your experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Delivery: Prepare and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of your class.

Assessment and Reporting: Regularly assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching methods and providing feedback to support development.

Classroom Management: Create and maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and respect.

Inclusion and Differentiation: Tailor lessons to ensure all students, including those with special educational needs, are fully included and challenged at an appropriate level.

Collaboration: Work effectively with teaching assistants, the SENCO, and other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting students' learning and wellbeing.

Parental Communication: Maintain strong communication with parents and carers to keep them informed about their child's progress and any areas for development.

Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and keep up to date with the latest educational practices.

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
Teaching Experience: A proven track record of teaching in UK primary schools, with experience of delivering effective lessons across different subject areas.

Classroom Management: Strong skills in managing classrooms and creating a positive, focused learning environment.

Excellent Communication: The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, colleagues, and parents.

Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and the drive to make a lasting impact on children's academic and personal growth.

DBS: A DBS check on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).

Desirable Qualifications/Experience:

Experience teaching in specific year groups.
Knowledge of any specific teaching methodologies such as phonics, maths mastery, or other relevant practices.
