You will play a key role in supporting the success of their diverse network of volunteers and members handling all queries as well gathering statistical data and supporting with all the administration for their network events.
- £12.31 per hour
- Working hours Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm or 8am – 4pm
- Hybrid working - Tuesdays and Wednesdays are office based, other days can be worked from home
- 35 hour working week, includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- Onsite parking
- Due to the urgency of the role, candidates must be available within one weeks’ notice.
As Network Support Administrator, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Monitoring email inbox and responding to queries
- Supporting with the coordination and organisation of networking events
- Setting up virtual events via MS Team and Zoom, sending out links/invitations
- Gathering and analysing data as well as monitoring key performance indicators
- Processing event documentation and sending out feedback forms
- Supporting and communicating with volunteers and committee members
- Maintaining and updating database of volunteers
We’re looking for a Network Support Administrator with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as an administrator carrying out a variety of duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues, volunteers and other stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and priorities
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- High degree of IT literacy; confident in the use of MS Office and using virtual video platforms including MS Teams and Zoom
