We're partnering with a well-established creative production business in Leicester to find a Client Services Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service across every stage of a client project.

The Role

As a Client Services Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact between clients and the business, managing projects from initial brief through to delivery. You’ll handle multiple projects at once, liaising with estimating, development, production, and logistics teams—keeping both internal teams and clients up to speed at every stage.

You’ll be instrumental in translating client briefs into clear internal actions, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and interpret client briefs with precision and clarity

  • Liaise with internal departments to guide projects from concept to completion

  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations

  • Monitor progress across estimating, production, and despatch phases

  • Maintain accurate project records and reporting

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through strong communication and attention to detail

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar client services or account management role (POP / POS / Print background preferred)

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities

  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with reporting tools

  • High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

  • Strong numeracy and organisational skills
