?? Remote with frequent travel to London ?? Full Time | Permanent?? Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE? Recruiting on behalf of a leading creative production agency

Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on delivering exceptional client service? Do you have experience managing creative or production-led projects and want the flexibility of remote working?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and fast-growing creative production agency looking for a proactive Account Manager to join their team. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, owning projects from initial brief through to delivery - all while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring seamless execution.

The Role

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited for someone confident working independently, while still being collaborative across internal departments. You’ll be managing high-value client accounts—many of which are in the London retail and experiential sector—so frequent travel to London is essential.

As the voice of the client within the business, you’ll ensure all expectations are met (and exceeded), while juggling timelines, budgets, and production needs with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of multiple projects from brief through to delivery

  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, production, logistics) to bring ideas to life

  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

  • Provide regular client updates and reporting throughout project lifecycles

  • Travel to client meetings, installations, and events in London and occasionally across the UK

  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and support business development

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a client-facing account or project management role (creative, POS/POP, events, or retail sectors ideal)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you’ll be client-facing from day one

  • Highly organised with strong multitasking ability

  • Able to thrive working remotely and independently

  • Comfortable with regular travel, especially to central London

  • Commercially aware with good numeracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools a plus

Why Apply?
  • Remote-based flexibility with regular in-person client engagement

  • Manage exciting projects for well-known brands and retailers

  • Join a supportive, ambitious team within a growing business

  • Clear progression opportunities and a role you can shape
