Mortgage Case Manager

Leicester (hybrid, up to 2 days at home per week after probation) - our ref AL1283

Monday - Friday between 09:00-17:30pm. An option to alternate with 08.00-16.30pm weekly is available.

Salary of up to £25,800K basic dep on exp plus team based bonus giving a possible OTE of £28,000 pa

My client is one of the largest New Build specialists in the UK and they have an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to work within their team based in Leicester.

As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills. You will support both the managerial team and other colleagues by efficiently processing tasks and documents, to help them complete their responsibilities quickly and effectively. Previous mortgage experience is preferred for this role.

The Role & Responsibilities - Mortgage Case Manager / Mortgage Administrator

  • General office administration, handling post, answering phones
  • Booking appointments for the Advisers
  • Chasing lenders & solicitors to get updates on client mortgage applications
  • Emailing & calling clients to request documents & update them on the status of their application
  • Using the online system to log all notes & complete tasks on cases

Skills Required

  • Good attention to detail

  • Accomplished at juggling tasks and prioritising

  • Knowledge of Word & Excel

  • Previous experience in mortgages or relevant associated industry preferred
