We’re working with a leading creative agency to find a proactive and detail-driven Client Services Manager to join their Luxe division. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with experience in POP, POS, or print who’s looking to grow their career in client services within a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations & Sustainability Lead - Luxe, you'll support the Senior Client Services team in managing multiple client briefs and projects from start to finish. This role demands top-notch organisation, clear communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure.

You’ll coordinate with various internal departments including estimating, production, and logistics—keeping both clients and internal teams aligned and informed every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Senior Client Services team with day-to-day tasks and project management

  • Manage multiple client briefs across all project phases: estimating, development, manufacturing, and despatch

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to provide timely updates and project visibility

  • Ensure high levels of accuracy in brief handling and reporting

  • Deliver excellent service and build strong working relationships with both internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in POP / POS / print production

  • Highly organised with strong multitasking and time management abilities

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Proficient in MS Office and confident using reporting tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused approach

  • Methodical, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive under pressure

  • Solid numeracy skills and a structured approach to record-keeping
