Job Description:
Your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service through excellent communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Client Brief Management: Handle new client briefs, understand them, and prepare them for processing through various departments.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple briefs at various stages of estimating, development, manufacturing, and despatch, while keeping clients fully informed of project progress.
- Full Project Cycle: Be involved in all aspects of the project cycle from start to finish.

- Time Management: Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities, with effective prioritization.
- Reporting Skills: Proficient in reporting.
