We’re working with a renowned creative agency that delivers high-end, bespoke display solutions for luxury retail brands. They are now seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Project Manager to lead key projects across the UK and Europe.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone with strong experience in retail displays and project leadership who’s looking to step into a senior-level role, ultimately heading up a business unit and leading a growing team.

The Role

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and projects from initial brief through to final installation. You’ll coordinate internal teams and external partners to bring high-end retail concepts to life, managing budgets, timelines, and expectations with precision.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that will see you collaborating across departments and occasionally travelling internationally to oversee installations and ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across the UK & Europe

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) and external suppliers to execute project goals

  • Lead project planning, quoting, forecasting, and installation

  • Take a proactive role in managing client expectations and resolving challenges

  • Mentor and support junior members of the team as the department scales

  • Estimate and cost your own projects

  • Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to business growth and strategic success

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven project management experience within retail displays, visual merchandising, or POS/POP

  • Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes

  • Excellent commercial awareness and decision-making ability

  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and people management skills

  • Confident managing luxury fashion or high-end retail clients (a strong advantage)

  • Experience working on international projects is desirable

  • Highly organised, driven, and client-focused with a proactive mindset

  • A background in manufacturing or hands-on production knowledge is a plus
