Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: £45,000
Roles & Responsibilities:
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a keen commercial sense? We are looking for a proactive individual to lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with a prestigious client. You will join a business unit and eventually head a department within that unit, overseeing a team of operational staff delivering projects across the UK and Europe.
The Role:
- Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and managing expectations.
- Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on schedule through meticulous planning, forecasting, and quoting.
- End-to-End Management: Lead projects from initial brief to installation.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including production, and external partners to bring projects to fruition.
- International Coverage: Handle key projects both in the UK and abroad.
- Detail Ownership: Oversee and take responsibility for all aspects of your projects.
- Team Support: Mentor and train junior team members.
- Project Estimation: Estimate costs for your projects.
- Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with the Senior team to drive the business's future success.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Project Management: Proven track record in project management.
- Material Knowledge: Understanding of various materials used in different projects.
- Retail Display Expertise: Extensive experience in retail displays.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and commercial savvy.
- Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Leadership: Ability to impart knowledge and develop colleagues.
- People Management: Exceptional skills in managing people and client relationships.
- Manufacturing Background: Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Luxury Fashion Experience: Experience working with luxury fashion brands is highly advantageous.
