Roles & Responsibilities:

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a keen commercial sense? We are looking for a proactive individual to lead projects from inception to completion, collaborating with a prestigious client. You will join a business unit and eventually head a department within that unit, overseeing a team of operational staff delivering projects across the UK and Europe.

The Role:

  • Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries and managing expectations.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on schedule through meticulous planning, forecasting, and quoting.
  • End-to-End Management: Lead projects from initial brief to installation.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including production, and external partners to bring projects to fruition.
  • International Coverage: Handle key projects both in the UK and abroad.
  • Detail Ownership: Oversee and take responsibility for all aspects of your projects.
  • Team Support: Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Project Estimation: Estimate costs for your projects.
  • Strategic Contribution: Collaborate with the Senior team to drive the business's future success.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Project Management: Proven track record in project management.
  • Material Knowledge: Understanding of various materials used in different projects.
  • Retail Display Expertise: Extensive experience in retail displays.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business sense and commercial savvy.
  • Communication & Organization: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to impart knowledge and develop colleagues.
  • People Management: Exceptional skills in managing people and client relationships.
  • Manufacturing Background: Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
  • Luxury Fashion Experience: Experience working with luxury fashion brands is highly advantageous.
