 CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR: This role requires someone with a proactive approach to customer service and exceptional attention to detail, as you'll liaise closely with customers, Account Managers, and internal operations to ensure smooth, accurate sales order processing. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have great communication skills, this could be the perfect fit!  WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…Reporting to the Business Director, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all sales order inquiries, ensuring seamless interactions across various teams and customers. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing end-to-end sales order processes, from placement to delivery, with precision and timeliness.
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal teams to support smooth operations and compliance.
  • Supporting Account Managers with customer insights, attending meetings, and product training sessions to help drive business growth.
 YOUR BACKGROUND… Must-have skills:
  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Adaptability to dynamic market conditions
Nice-to-have skills:
  • Knowledge of chemical or process industries
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments, especially chemical distribution
