You must have experience in a customer service role as you will be expected to hit the ground running.The role

  • Handle inbound enquires, dealing with new and existing customers
  • Manged start to end sales process
  • Advise customer on product information
  • Deal with account queries, purchase orders and processing quotes
  • Advise customers on packages and the benefits of each package
  • Liaise with multiple department and suppliers
  • Ensure you negotiate the best price from the supplier
  • Handle complaints
