Role responsibilities for the Contracts Officer include:

  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements (Supplier and Customer).
  • Staying informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting contracts. Taking responsibility for your own health, safety and wellbeing, and undertaking health and safety duties and responsibilities for your role.
  • Supporting the implementation of the sustainability policy and supporting operational delivery strategy by adopting sustainable principles and practices.

Role specifications of the Contracts Officer include

  • Proven experience working as a Contract Officer or in a similar role
  • Proven experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractual terms and conditions.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organised & methodical approach with the ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained

This role offers hybrid working- 2 days in office
