As a Care Home Manager, you will:
- Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Lead and mentor your team, providing clinical guidance and training.

The ideal Care Home Manager will have:
- Experience as a Registered Nurse with a current PIN on the NMC register.
- A Registered Managers Award Level 4 or equivalent, or willingness to study for one.
- Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and communicate with kindness and consideration.
- Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and training.
