As a Care Home Manager, you will:



  • Ensure the well-being of residents by meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Lead and mentor your team, providing clinical guidance and training.

  • Monitor safety and compliance with relevant standards and legislation.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding responsibilities and training.
