Bennett and Game are partnering a progressive accountancy practice based in Leicester, as they recruit for a Senior Client Manager to join their team
After being taken over 4 years ago, the business has changed direction, and is experiencing exciting change, into a modern day, forward thinking practice. They are now looking to recruit an experienced accountant, who can successfully manage a portfolio of 100 companies, and work just below the main business partner, assisting them with duties.
Senior Client Manager Job Overview- Managing a portfolio of over 100 limited companies, serving as the main point of contact
- Working below, and assisting the business partner, taking hold of some of their responsibilities in portfolio and team management
- Review and oversee preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial statements
- Team leadership and development, supervising juniors, and overseeing bookkeepers and payroll administrators
- Delivering high quality business advisory services to clients
- Identifying business development opportunities, working alongside business owner on this
- ACCA or ACA qualification is preferable. QBE will also be considered
- Minimum of 5 years accountancy practice experience
- Experience in managing juniors, and managing a portfolio of clients
- Must be proactive, forward thinking, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to commute to Leicester
- No requirement for visa sponsorship
- £45,000-60,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working available after probation period
- Negotiable holiday
